Therapeutic Approach and Style

My approach to treatment is grounded in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I integrate humanistic and person-centered techniques to honor your unique journey, while blending evidence-based methods (ex. CBT, CT-R, and ACT) to help you navigate challenges. My approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment in shaping well-being. Together, we’ll also explore emotions with care and curiosity, empowering you to connect with your inner strengths, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth. My goal is to support you in creating a life that aligns with your values, fosters a deep sense of well-being, and promotes lasting personal fulfillment.

About Princeton Counseling and Psychotherapy

I began Princeton Counseling and Psychotherapy with the mission of bringing individualized, person-centered, and evidence-based treatment to the Princeton area. While my practice is rooted in the Princeton community, I also provide telehealth services to clients across the country. My approach is holistic, addressing not just symptoms but the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true healing comes from understanding the unique interplay between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences.

My vision is to be a leading provider of individualized, evidence-based treatments in the Princeton community, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness, self-compassion, and strength-based strategies. I strive to empower clients with the tools they need to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and foster meaningful connections. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support individuals in discovering their inner strengths and creating lasting change.

I aim to create an inclusive space where you feel inspired to pursue your personal goals and achieve optimal health and well-being. Our practice is designed to be a sanctuary for self-exploration and growth, where every client is met with empathy, validation, and personalized care.
